You can take help of the ‘Manage Course/Batch’ feature that is an important part of the integral build of the most reliable school management software. The process of curriculum and batch generation is one of a kind in its nature as it provides its software support for all varieties of curriculum and batches for all levels of an institute – be it in primary school, high school, college/university or any other professional coaching or training institute.
It is very essential for you to know about the idea of course curriculum and batches before using the SmartSkool software. Any educational institute can have a plethora of different courses and curriculum like MBA, Engineering, Primary Classes, and Standard X etc. Each course may encapsulate various sub sections under them. On the contrary, batches include a specific group of many or few students who collectively take part in the teaching and learning experience in each department that is segregated under every course. Let us see how different courses and batches can be created by you for your institute.
How courses and batches can be created?
- You can easily locate Courses and Batch spage through the ‘Administration’ tab on the homepage’s main menu. Go to ‘Settings’ option in ‘Administration’ sub menu and then navigate to ‘Manage Course/Batch’.
- Right click on the ‘Manage Course/ option and then select ‘New’ in order to generate a new course and batch.
- Right click on ‘New’ button and you will be directed to the page on which you’ll have to make a new course and batch.
- Furnish all the detailed information to generate a new course and batch. Right after you’ll ‘Save’ it, a brand new course and its parallel batch will be generated. In order to create more batches, you’ll have to navigate back to the’New’ page and repeat the whole procedure.
- You can repeat the steps multiple times and make as many batches for each course as you want.
